  • Dance + Sculpt : A perfect blend of rhythm + burn! First half of class is fun- easy to follow dance cardio followed by a sculpting segments that will create long, lean muscles.
  • HIIT + Core: A high intensity blast of cardio that will challenge you mentally and physically! Push past your limits in this high energy cardio based workout.
  • Cardio + Strength: The total package in 45 minutes. Lift your heart rate and your mood with this intense mix of cardio drills and strength training.
